New Portage head football coach Bob Hepp will now lead his fourth team in his career, having pulled off turnarounds at three schools in five head coaching stints dating back to the 1980's. Now, his next challenge is turning Portage into a playoff contender in the always-difficult Badger North, and coach Hepp believes it's one of the premiere conferences in the entire state.
