Wisconsin safety D'Cota Dixon returns as one of the senior leaders of the Badgers program, and as one of only a handful of holdovers on the Wisconsin defense from a season ago.
Dixon talked to Brian Posick of the Badger Sports Network about his role on the team as an elder statesman, how he thinks the defense will fare this season despite losing several contributors to graduation, and how he views his role as a mentor to the young members of the Wisconsin secondary.
Wisconsin opens up the season on August 31 against Western Kentucy. Fall camp begins August 2nd for the Badgers.
