Alec Ingold scores in Wisconsin's 45-14 win over New Mexico

posted by Badger Sports Network -

Alec Ingold scored a touchdown and had a career-long run in the Badgers' win on Saturday.

Ingold finished the game with four carries for 47 yards and a touchdown, one of four rushing touchdowns the Badgers had on the day. Wisconsin overcame a slow start and a 7-0 deficit to blow out the New Mexico Lobos.

With depth at fullback a concern for the Badgers, Ingold showed the way on Saturday. Reserve fullback, the recently-converted Mason Stokke, who was at linebacker prior, also got six yards on two carries.
