Badgers defense reacts to 45-14 win over New Mexico

D'Cota Dixon led the team in tackles and led the secondary to forcing a pair of turnovers in the game:

Ryan Connelly and T.J. Edwards helped the Badgers' defense adjust after giving up an opening-game touchdown drive, holding the Lobos to under 100 rushing yards and only 134 passing yards:

He's not on defense, but Zander Neuville returned to action this week along with Isaiahh Loudermilk, and talked about how the defense tightened up to allow the offense to control the clock and dominate the ground game:
